EMERGING LEADER PROGRAM FOR WOMEN IN MARITIME, SHIPPING, TRADE & LOGISTICS

WISTA Australia and Svitzer Australia have partnered to roll out a leadership program for emerging women leaders in the shipping, maritime, trade and logistics sector.

The partnership, in its third year, will see the delivery of six leadership courses for women in the sector, providing tailored skills and insights needed to succeed as leaders throughout their careers.
The day-long workshop and course is titled: Leadership Mastery for Women in Maritime.
The course is designed to support the growth of women by enhancing their personal leadership style and skillset, inspiring them to become strong, confident leaders, and creating foundations for a future network and mentoring community.
The workshop is for team leaders, managers and emerging leaders in the sector who want to power up their confidence, influence and impact at work. WISTA members with 12 months or more of experience leading people - whether at work or in other contexts – should apply.
Women in on-shore, office and offshore or on-water roles are all encouraged to submit applications. The course will run biannually in cities across Australia.
